の環境で試してみましたが、こちらもフリーズしました。
1. AMD K7/K8 Multiplierで倍率のみの変更
まず直後にCCPUIDが応答不能、後にシステムフリーズ
2. 電圧のみの変更
設定直後にシステムフリーズ
