お久しぶりです。
Win7と東芝SSDを手に入れたので報告を。
とりあえず問題なく動いてると思います。
I-O扱いの東芝SSD詳細情報の提供は初になるのでしょうか?

環境
・Windows7 Ultimate x64
・CPU AthlonII X2 250(3.0GHz)
・RAM DDR3 PC3-10600 2GB*4
・M/B GIGABYTE GA-M720-US3 (nForce 720D)
・SSD 東芝 THNS064GG2BBAA 64GB
・HDD HGST HDT721010SLA360 1TB
・HDD HGST HDS722020ALA330 2TB

64GBじゃやっぱり手狭ですね・・・
開発環境とかAdobe系とか入れたら手狭になりそうです。
# システムドライブも80GBは普通に使うので。

東芝SSDもとりあえず快適みたいです。
HGSTのHDT721010SLA360でも速度面はあまり重たく感じなかったけど、SuperFetchのカリカリ音がしないのは良い感じです。
# RAM8GBなお陰でデフォのVistaだと結構長時間カリカリされるのですorz
## ケースをP183に替えようかなぁ・・・もう置く場所ないけど・・・

そこまでマニアックではないと思うんですけどね(笑)
SSD自体はJMF602な奴を前から使ってたのですが、Intelか東芝のどっちかにしようと思ってましたので。
どっちもNAND Flashを自社で作ってるメーカーですしね。
Intelも良いかな?とは思ったのですが、シーケンシャルライトが使い込むと極端に落ち込みやすいみたいなので少し見送りました。
Indilinxはシーケンシャルが速いとはいえ、突然死報告が余りに多く採用見送り。
# DTLA死亡事故と同じ匂いを感じます・・・HWでなくSWが原因ぽいのも。

HDD2台をRAID0したりしてるとSSDでも書き込み速度の遅さがネックになります。
単機でも7K2000は読み出し120MB/s、ミニマムでも60MB/sを超えるので使い込んだSSDだとHDDからSSDへのコピー時の使い勝手が落ち込むだろうなぁと。
現状の巨大ファイルのシーケンシャル転送はSSDよりHDDの方が向いてるのですよね・・・
東芝のは落ち込みにくいとか言っているのでどの程度なのか楽しみではあります。
駄目だったら今まで通りのHDDも併用運用に戻るかもしれません。

確かに見てみたいですねぇ
C0は強制電源断で正解なのかもと思ってます。1回だけ強制的に落としたので。
ADが書き換えで生の値にMin/Max/Avgみたいな感じで並んでないか?と今見てて思いましたけど。
# 0,2,0から、1,2,1に変化してる。RAWのデータをまんま書き出してチェックしてみようかな?

残念ながらペラ1枚です。
それどころか、SSDに4本のジャンパピンが1列に出ててかなり謎です。
USBかFW書き込み用の何かなのかはてさて。

まぁ、何十GBも一気にコピーする場合は Intel SSD はほんの少し遅いかもしれません。まぁ、容量が少ないので何十GBもコピーできませんけどorz

そうですね。温度がいろいろわかるというのは珍しいですなぁ。

ですかね。SSD も HDD の一般的な属性をそのまま使っている部分は多いので。

身近で大量の書き込み中に飛ばしたとの報告が1件
http://d.hatena.ne.jp/Lansen/20090729 辺りを見ると他にも数件ぽつぽつとあるようです。
大量の書き込みテストをしなければ多分大丈夫みたいですし、今のファームだと改善済みかもしれませんが。

3〜4GB位のファイルをHDDからSSDへコピーして処理して、HDDへ書き戻しみたいな感じを想定してたので断片化時の性能落ち込みが気になってました。
新ファームでシーケンシャルライトが改善との事でどうなったか楽しみです。
http://www.dosv.jp/other/0910/05.htm の真似事っぽい事をしてみてますが、参考値をCDMの方に張っておきます。
# Vista間だとGbEならWindowsファイル共有でも80MB/sとか普通に出るので、ネットワークから引っ張ってくる時でもSSDがネックになりかねない。
