大変お手数ですがテキストコピーの結果などもう少し詳しい情報をいただけないでしょうか。USB メモリは基本的に見えないはずなので見えるのは逆に問題があるのかもしれません。
また、USB メモリを外した状態で CrystalDiskInfo を起動した場合どうでしょうか?

今となってはどうでも良いですがHDP725050GLA360ではなく、HDT721032SLA360でした。

現在のグラフ機能は期間ではなくプロット数を決めて描画しています。なので、複数のディスクが接続されている場合グラフの開始位置が異なることになります。
グラフメニューの オプション > 最大プロットポイント数 から描画ポイント数を変更してみてください。

グラフの描画期間を設定できるようにしたいとは思っているのですが・・・

   3月の中ごろにHDP725050GLA360を購入したのですが、
CrystalDiskInfo(2.5.0→ついさっき2.5.3にしました、でも直らない)での温度グラフの開始位置がどんどん移動し(現在日時に追いついてくるように)、今は4月29日の午後からグラフが開始してしまっています。

環境はCeleron 430+P5GC-MX/1333(ICH7)+XP SP2です。

解決方法がありましたら教えていただけませんでしょうか?

ちなみに、Temperature.csvには3月よりきちんと記録されています。
必要であればCrystalDiskInfo\Smart\以下のファイルもお送りします。
