外付けポータブル認識せず

   バッファローのポータブルのHD−PF320U2(中身はWD)を購入したところ、Ver.2.7.5で認識しませんでした。「ディスクの管理」、「コンピュータ」ではちゃんと確認できてます。また2台の内蔵HDDと外付けの1TBは認識しています。最新のVer.3.0(インストローラー版、zip版ともに)でも認識しません。友人が1年ほど前に購入した同じHD−PF320U2(これも中身はWD)を借りてきてつないだらちゃんと認識します。「アドバンスドディスクサーチ」を有効にして見ても同じです。PCはNECのValue One Vistaのホームプレミアムです。ご教授お願いします。

   警告時にメール送信があれば携帯へメールすることで
パソコンから離れていても警告をより確実に知ることが出来て便利だと思います

実は私は日頃はLinuxサーバーの管理をしているのですが
スクリプトで自作した管理ソフトで同様の事をしています
先日ファンがヘタって温度上昇した時に
携帯メールで通知があり即対応できたことがありました

CrystalDiskInfoでも同様にメール通知機能があれば
WindowsのPCでも便利だと思いますよ

バグです。
設定自体は反映されているのですが、UI 表示に不備がありました。
3.0.3 で修正いたします。

   すみません。このスレッドでいいのか分からず投稿しています。

現在、3.0.2aを使用していますが、
スタートアップ時の待機時間が120秒までしか設定できません。
(150秒以上をクリックしても印が付かない)

何か制限があるのでしょうか?

以前のバージョンで設定できたかどうかは確かめてません。

Crystal Disk Info のディスク情報が取得出来ていないように見受けられましたので
ご報告させて頂きます。

IEEE 1394 デバイス情報の取得は現在サポートしておりません。
色々不具合があったことや検出できた IEEE 1394 接続 HDD がほとんど存在しなかったためです。今後も主流になることはないと思われることから対応予定はございません。

一番目のドライブは普通にICH10に接続されたHitachi HDT725050VLA360です。
二番目と三番目はAdaptec RAID 3405に接続して、RAID0で構成してあります。
そのためか、二番目と三番目は結果が非常によく似ています。

誤差ではない何かがあるのかもしれませんね。
ATAコマンド的には32Queueまでの対応ですが、ドライバが64個のコマンドをより効率的に処理できるよう32個ずつに分割してくれるのかもしれませんし。はっきり言ってこのあたりの処理は良くわかりません。(開き直り)

こういう議論をするならATAのプロトコルアナライザが欲しいところです。さすがに買えませんが。

にしても、SATA の NCQ は 32 コマンドまでしか対応していないのですが、64 Queue にどの程度の意味があるのか・・・。謎です。SCSI 用のコマンドキューイングに対応するためにソフトウェア上は 32 を超えるコマンド発行に対応しているんだとは思いますが。このあたりも要調査です。

未だに IOMeter のソースコードすらちゃんと見ていないので、もう少し考えてみたいと思います。正式版の 10/22 を目指していましたが、考え直した方が良さそうです。
