コピーオプションの変更は関係なく「再検出」を行ったことで状況が改善しているようです。再起動と再検出は基本的に同じと言いたいところですが、今回の事例では初回アクセス時は調子が悪く何回かアクセス(再検出)すると正しい値が読み出せるということでしょうか。

外付け RAID コントローラー接続時に同様の事例が報告されています。不正確な値が取得された場合は結果もおかしくなってしまいます。

RAID 構成も含まれているという状況なのでそれが直接の原因だとは思います。今後 Intel RAID に対応予定ですのでそれで治るかもしれません。

ところで、Intel 純正の Intel SSD Toolbox を使用した場合はいかがでしょうか?

   かなり手間取ってしまいましたが 4.3.0 Beta2 で多分対応できました。初回起動時から使用時間が 83〜84 時間になっているのは謎ですが・・・。

ただ、256 時間を超えてもちゃんと動くかは確認できていないためもし 256 時間以上使っている方がいらっしゃいましたらぜひ動作報告をお願いします。

1時間経過したところで、生の値0バイト目(時間単位で格納?)が1増えたので挙動としては間違いなさそうです。

使用時間が最初から80時間以上あるのは謎ですが、それだけ入念なテストをしてから出荷しているということでしょうかね。

   実機が2台届いたのでとりあえず起動直後の状態を保存。
初回起動時で、使用時間は83時間もしくは84時間と。個体差はあるがほぼ同一ですし、他のレポートを見ても同様でしょうかね。

ちなみに、Beta1 では誤って 3600 で割る処理が残ったままだったので常に 0 時間と表示されちゃいますorz ...

いつもいつも情報提供ありがとうございます。
4.3.0 Beta1 にもまだまだバグがありそうですが、明日?Intel SSD 520 シリーズ到着予定です。まぁ、そんなわけで実機さえあれば謎仕様でもさすがに対応できると思いますので少々お待ちください。

にしても、どうしてこんな仕様にしたのか・・・この仕様にGOサイン出した奴はどんな技術者だ!? ホントこういう無意味な独自路線はやめて欲しいですよ。とはいえ、一般的な HDD/SSD 情報表示ツールはこういった特殊仕様には個別対応しないでしょうから差別化ポイントにはなりそうです(笑)

安くなりましたねぇ。Intel SSD 520 は 120 GB で 2 万円近くしますからね・・・。

   モバイル用に買ったEeePC用に新製品のSSDを買ってきたので動作報告です。
型番はPTL1-25SAT3-128G、Indilinx製の新コントローラーであるEverestを搭載したSSDになります。
同じコントローラ搭載の上位機種であるOctaneシリーズもあったのですが、性能的に大して変わらないし値段が安かったのでコチラにしました。
いやぁ、スペックがイマイチとはいえ、6Gbps対応のSSDが128GBで1万円を切っているというのには驚きましたね。
Read 360MB/s、Write 135MB/sと遅いのは気になりますが、それでもHDDよりは速いのでコストパフォーマンスは結構いいかもしれません。

オプション全付きで編集⇒コピーした結果とスクリーンショットを添付しておきますので参考にしてください。

基本的に悪いのは外付けATAコントローラーですが、今回のように以前は見えていたとなるとHDDとの相性でしょうかね。

なんにせよ、外付けATAコントローラーは基本的にサポート対象外というのが正直なところです。
