編集>コピーの内容はテキストファイルにしてあります。
またシリアルは伏せさせていただきました。

かめきちさんと違うところは、コチラの環境では1時間にちゃんと1カウントしています。
そのカウントが、ある一定の数値になると、特定の数値に戻ってしまいます。

添付しましたPowerOnHoursのWD20EARSはこのPC当初からのドライブです。
その為に使用時間は長いですが、リセットすることなく1万時間を越えてます。

しかし途中からリプレースしたWD30EFRXは、csvファイルの中ですと
2013年6月22日8時
2013年8月11日2時
2013年9月20日20時
に1208時間→15時間へとリセットされてます。

しかし、CDIを起動していなかった2013年11月13日から12月6日にかけてはリセットは無く、
次にCDIを起動した12月6日には、1208時間を越えて1565時間からスタートし、
2014年1月2日11時に2205時間→1013時間へリセットされてます…。
両者とも、1193時間or1192時間分の減少と、同じ間隔で数値が戻ります。

この調子で行けば、現在は1600時間弱なので残り600時間強(約25日)でリセットするかもです。

最近ST2000NM0011を入れてから何故か調子が悪く、
数日に1度フリーズを起こし、再起動してるので規定時間通りにリセットするかは不明ですが…。


参考になれば幸いです。

   続報です。
結論から言うと、CDI側に原因(不具合)はないと思われます。

件のUSB接続装置はIDE(PATA)/SATA両用なのですが、ご報告した不具合
はIDE-HDDを接続したときだけに出ることがわかりました。
SATA-HDDでは、CDIは正常に動作しますし、CDI起動に伴う色々な不具合
も出ません。

したがって、当該USB接続装置のIDE接続部分に不具合があり、それが
原因となっている可能性が濃厚です。
推測ですが、内部的にIDE<<-->>SATA変換チップを使用しているのかも
しれません。(IDE<<-->>SATA変換デバイスについてはあまりいい話を
聞きませんので)

お世話になります、かめきちです。

その後放置してみましたが、3時間分しか増加しません。
40時間以上は稼働させたのですが
計測値が日単位?とも思いましたが、購入から60日も経っていませんし謎です。
なお他のHDDは順調に時を刻んでいます。(当たり前ですが)

この個体の問題なのかな?とも思いますがどうでしょうか?
ご意見お聞かせいただければ幸いです。

IE依存を排除してこの手の問題はもう起きないと思っていたのですが・・・。大変お手数ですが、

のバグレポート欄を参考にして DiskInfo.log と編集 > コピーの結果を送っていただけないでしょうか。

他のPCで正常に取得出来ているとなるとケース側の問題ではなさそうですね。USB-HDD 対応は非常にアレな機能なので、ハードウェア構成によって相性問題が発生してしまうのはやむを得ない部分もあるのですがこのような障害は困りますよね。

ハードウェアなのかドライバなのか正直わかりませんが、USB-HDD検出機能はオフにもできますので問題が発生するPCではオフにしてご利用ください。

ふじまるさんが使用している環境とほぼ同じ環境を購入して再現試験をするのが筋ではありますが、現状そこまでする余裕がありません。制限事項としてご了承ください。

とりあえず、csv をアップロード出来るようにしておいたので、csv と編集 > コピーの結果をアップしていただけますか。

私も特定のPC(DELL OPTIPLEX 755)でrutiaさんと同じ状況になりました。

以下補足です。

・HDDをUSB接続した状態でCDIを起動すると、数十秒応答がなくなり、
その後SATA接続のHDDについてのみ情報が表示されます。

・CDIのバージョン、USB接続機器には依存しない模様です。(やや
不確実)

・USB接続機器(NOVAC/USB2.0)は、他のPCではCDIで正常に情報を取得
できているものです。

・CDI起動後にExplorerで当該ドライブにアクセスすると、イベントID
51のディスクエラーが出ます。

・このとき、chkdskをかけると「ダイレクトアクセスのために
ボリュームを開けません」になります。
diskmgmt.mscでもまったく認識できなくなっています。

上記のような状況から、CDIとPC側のUSBコントローラーの相性問題なの
かなと推測しています。
コントローラーは、「Intel ICH9 Family」で、ドライバーはIntelから
ダウンロードした「infinst_autol.exe」の最新版を当てています。

   横から失礼します。

恐らくかめきちさんと同じ現象があり、
SSDではないですが、ウチが所持しているWD30EFRXで起きてます。

具体的には起動時間を示している09の値が、ある一定の値になったとき、
突如として戻ってしまうことがあります。

WD30EFRXのみ、まず1208時間でリセット(?)がかかり、
次の1時間を経過したら使用時間15時間になってしまっています。

更に興味深いのは、CDIを起動していなかった期間に
先の1208時間の壁が突破され、次には1565時間になってます。

しかし、その後2205時間でやはりリセットがかかり、
1013時間へリセットされています。


ちなみに、手持ちでWD30EFRXが3台あるのですが、3台とも全てこの現象を確認してます。

メールしたほうが宜しいでしょうか?

出荷前の検査後使用時間をリセットしていない機種なのかもしれません。新品なのに使用時間が数十時間というのは HDD, SSD ともによくあることのようです。

数時間使用してみて表示がその分増加すれば正常です。
もし、使用時間と増加する時間が違うようであればご連絡ください。何個かサンプルがあれば個別に補正することも可能です。

製品の購入からまだ日はそれほど経っていないものの
TV録画等で1日中つけっぱなしの日も多いため
64時間(3日弱)の使用時間はおかしいのでは?と思います。
では何時間が正解か?と聞かれましてもお答えできないのが申し訳ないのですが。。。

   うちにあるBRIXちゃんの中にM5Mの256GB版が入ってたので試してみました。

型番:PX-256M5M
テストデータ:サイズ 1.00GB(1,073,741,824バイト)、ディスク上 1.00GB(1,073,741,824バイト)


久しぶりにこのマシンでCrystalDiskInfoの画面を見ましたが、ファームウェアが1.02のままになっていました。
1.03以降にすればSSDの発熱が抑えられるらしいので後でアップデートしないと……
